Beds and mattresses among the items showcased during the Perfect Livin expo held last year in Penang.
PERFECT Livin Expo, the country’s premier furniture and home exhibition, is back in Penang with a rejuvenated new look.
Along with a simpler new logo and cute mascots, the one-stop home and lifestyle solutions event offers wonderful bargains.
It is being held from today till Sunday at Setia SPICE Convention Centre in Bayan Lepas.
The expo has been around since 2008 and there will be at least two editions a year in Penang.
Managing home expos during the pandemic is not an easy task and the organiser of Perfect Livin is mindful of the new norms in place and will adhere to all guidelines set by the National Security Council and Health Ministry.
“The safety of all visitors and participants is our top priority.
“We are also working closely with the Malaysian Association of Conventions and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers to constantly keep abreast of the latest directives while leveraging on the strength and support of its members, ” it said in a statement.
As part of a rebranding effort, Perfect Livin recently unveiled its new logo with a fresh font and colour.
“Now the simpler and more straightforward design with a terracotta colour gives a more relaxed and homely feel.
“Cute mascots called ‘Perfect Family’ are being introduced, featuring four characters of a father, mother, son and daughter.”
The expo’s digital presence at www.perfectlivin.com recently underwent a revamp and home owners can source for fresh new ideas to become designers of their homes.
Perfect Livin is also actively seeking strategic partnerships with relevant companies to ‘offer something special to visitors’.
A whole new series of local and international events and exhibitions is in the pipeline to appeal to the masses.
At the expo, visitors picking up great bargains can also sign up for the Register and Win Contest to stand a chance to win a Cuckoo Multi Cooker.
Those who spend a minimum of RM1,000 will receive a gift and will be entitled to participate in the lucky dip to win extra prizes.
Each day, the first 500 registered visitors will receive a Perfect Livin 2-litre Dry Bag for free.
